1. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to product availability.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone for confirmation.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your order may be cancelled.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
Delays: Weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delivery delays.
Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid contact number to avoid return-to-origin (RTO).

3. Customer Responsibilities

Unboxing Video: A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.
Order Refusal: If a customer refuses a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from that customer.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please keep the exact amount ready for a smooth delivery process.

5. Product Appearance

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness, lighting conditions, or photography.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
